New Gut Foundation Cookbook
Our new Cookbook was launched by Simon Johnson at the Chaiman's Inauguaral Degustation Dinner on Wednesday 7th October.
Having a dietary condition such as coelaic disease, irritable bowel syndrome, diverticular disease, bloating or any other digestive disorder doesn't mean that you have to miss out on great-tasting food.
Some of Australia's finest and well-known chefs such as Neil Perry (Rockpool, Spice Temple, Rockpool Bar & Grill), Matthew Kemp (Balzac, Burlington Bar and Dining), Justin North (Becasse), Serge Dansereau (The Bathers' Pavillion) and Philip Johnson (e'cco) amd many more have created recipes that not only taste delicious but are good for you.
